Sips & Shots: A Touch of the Irish

Most people who have encountered Irish Cream liqueur have done so favorably and come away fans. While it does well as a single spirit, over ice or neat, it also pairs with a whole laundry list of others. Chocolate-ness

One of my chocoholic friends sent me to the website Max Brenner. That’s a droll name for a website about chocolate but in the “about us” describes itself as a short fat bald man who has a penchant for chocolate including two chocolate stores in NYC and an online store.  If Milton Bradley ever updates the Monopoly board, one of the stores can be an upscale chocolate shop.
