Scotch lovers – this one is for you! Chef Ryan Clark at Agustin Kitchen is pleased to welcome Russ Kempton, renowned distilled spirit expert, as his special guest for “Dinner with Chefs.”

Upon hearing that Kempton would be in Tucson for a special event, Clark reached out to see if he would be interested in teaming up to create a unique dinner combining their talents. The result is an incredible feast featuring a series of nine “nose to tail” pork dishes paired with cocktails using six single malt scotches.

Known as America’s “Spirited” Speaker, Kempton has spent over three decades as a distilled spirits and wine educator.

Throughout the evening, Kempton will share his expertise on the many aspects of Scotch – from production to brand differences, pairings and more. The event will conclude with Q&A and cigars to take home.

For this special dinner, Chef Clark will purchase an entire pig from local purveyors at E & R Pork, a Tucson based producer and supplier of 100% locally raised, grain fed, hormone and antibiotic free pork products. Cost per person is $75++. Space is limited. Call (520) 398-5382 for reservations.
