August 30, 2013 (Tucson, AZ) – Wildflower, a Tucson culinary landmark and Fox Restaurant Concepts’ flagship eatery, will celebrate its 15th anniversary with a special celebration dinner on Thursday, September 25, from 5 to 9 p.m.  A number of the restaurant’s first partners will be on hand to mix and mingle with dinner guests, enjoy the unique cuisine and drinks for which Wildflower has become known, and reminisce on 15 fantastic years of serving Southern Arizona.

A special dinner menu incorporating a number of favorites from Wildflower’s 15 years will be featured, including:

–Appetizer – cold smoked salmon and chive crème fraiche with potato galette; or crisp calamari with mizuna greens, yuzu emulsion, and toasted sesame seeds

–Salad – baby spinach salad with glazed pecans and Maytag blue cheese; or Fox’s famous Chinese salad

–Entrée – lamb chop with potato puree and asparagus; or braised chicken with mild mushroom risotto; or grilled ahi and forbidden rice, soy butter, tempura vegetable

–Dessert – bars of sin or a fresh fruit cobbler

The price is $45 per person, not including beverages, tax or tip, and Wildflower will donate 15 percent of sales from the evening to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 520.219.4230.

Wildflower is located at 7037 N. Oracle Rd., in the Casas Adobes Plaza on the SW corner of Ina Rd. and Oracle Rd.
