Special guest award winning Chef Diego Hernandez (pictured) from Ensenada, Mexico joins Janos Wilder for the fourth in a series of “DOWNTOWN’S Around the Globe- Cities of Gastronomy” cooking classes and pop up dinners at the Carriage House on Friday, October 7th at 5:30 pm.

Class begins at 5:30 and includes demonstration and recipes followed by hors d’oeuvres, a five course dinner and beverages. Cost per person for the class and dinner is $80++.  Please sign up at the Carriage House.

A trailblazing menu is planned featuring the signature ingredients from local Tucson and Ensenada, one of Tucson’s “sister” Cities of Gastronomy and the final stop on DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails summer culinary adventure.

Chef Hernandez will share some of his “Baja California” signature recipes from his restaurant Corazon de Tierra in Guadalupe, named one of the top restaurants in Latin America.
